Work History

My first job was at a boutique spa in the Short North called Reverse Vanity Spa as a receptionist and an assitant makeup artist for events. I loved the creative aspect in a fast paced environment which led me to later become a server in the food industry for five years at Giammarco's Italian Restaurant. The food industry was fast, the most fast paced industry I have ever worked in and it taught me how to multitask while exceeding customers needs. I had this job all throughout college which taught me how to balance work with being a full time student.

 

During the height of the pandemic in 2020 I had to adapt to what the world would be for the next few years with that I pivoted into self employed in my own pet sitting business which I still continue today. Currently I am working as  sales associate and stylist at a local boutique called Vernacular. I style customers and mannequins, manage cash transactions, assist in social media posts, tag clothing, manage inventory, and handle markdowns. My favorite part about this job is connecting with customers while delivering strategic marketing methods.
